Paul has worked within the Plant Hire sector for over 30 years, delivering plant hire solutions to major construction projects both in the UK and internationally.
Before joining M&J in early 2022, Paul’s key focus areas included leading the introduction of innovative technologies such as GPS machine control, building collaborative partnerships to improve sector performance and developing strategies to improve business focus on sustainability and the reduction of carbon emissions.
He has also supported in the development of training programs to encourage new entrants into the sector and supported health, safety and wellbeing initiatives.
