Adrian has over 40 years’ experience within the housebuilding industry, having worked for two National House Builders before moving to the Groundworks & Civil Engineering Sector. Adrian joined M&J in late 2019 as Commercial Director of the Southern Region and played a key role in its success, before taking on the role as Managing Director
Steve has over 25 years’ experience within the construction industry, predominantly focusing on the building products, housebuilding, commercial development, and civil engineering. He has held several senior positions for large blue-chip companies before he joined the senior team in July 2023. Steve brings another dynamic to the team, having a well-rounded understanding of the industry.
